Der Bürovermietungsmarkt in Düsseldorf verbuchte zum 1. Quartalsende 2023 einen Flächenumsatz von rund 50.700 m². Damit unterschritt die Landeshauptstadt das Vorjahresergebnis um 27 %, als insgesamt noch 69.200 m² umgesetzt wurden. Der Eigennutzeranteil betrug dabei im betrachteten Zeitraum lediglich 2 %, nach 6 % im 1. Quartal 2022.
