Dealmeldung - Anteon Immobilien berät Eigentümer bei Vermietung am Burgplatz

Ein Träger der öffentlichen Hand mietet rund 500 m² Bürofläche am Burgplatz 11. Anfang dieses Jahres wurden bereits die neuen Räumlichkeiten in der Düsseldorfer Altstadt bezogen. Anteon Immobilien, Mitglied von German Property Partners (GPP), hat den Eigentümer der Immobilie im Rahmen eines Leadmaklerauftrags betreut. Das Family Office mit Sitz in Nordrhein-Westfalen hat mit dem Mieter einen langfristigen Mietvertrag abgeschlossen. Auf Mieterseite war JLL beratend tätig.
