Denise Kromeich

Born in Mönchengladbach and living in Velbert.

After graduating from high school and studying law for three years in Cologne, Denise Kromeich decided to enter the real estate industry in 2013. She completed her training as a real estate agent (IHK) at the top of her class and gained initial experience in the management and leasing of residential properties. With her move into the commercial sector at the end of 2017, Denise expanded her knowledge in purchasing as well as leasing and managing office and retail space. In 2019, her path led her to the industrial and logistics sector, where she worked as an asset manager for the international project developer Goodman, managing various logistics centers in North Rhine-Westphalia and achieving leasing successes with well-known companies such as DHL and Hilti, among others. Denise joined the Anteon team in January 2023 as a senior consultant in the industrial and logistics sector.
