Born, raised and living in Düsseldorf. After successfully completing his Abitur in 2020, Joel decided to study engineering. After 2 semesters, he decided against theory-based studies and went abroad for a year. Back in Germany, his interest in the real estate industry was awakened and he started his apprenticeship as a real estate agent (IHK/IBZ) at Anteon in August.
