Timm Georg Roche

Born in Mönchengladbach, trained in Bonn/Bochum (EBZ) and residing in Willich, Timm Georg Roche has been working in the real estate industry since 2005. After his real estate training at the KRAFT Unternehmensgruppe, he completed various stages in the residential investment sector (including Hypovereinsbank Düsseldorf and AREAL Grundstücks- und Bauträgergesellschaft mbH). He entered the commercial real estate sector at BNP Paribas Real Estate Köln before taking the position of Associate Director to build the NRW Industrial & Logistics department at Colliers International Düsseldorf. His main focus is investment. His esteemed clients and investors include GARBE Industrial Real Estate, M 7 Real Estate, OXW RE, and various family offices operating nationwide.
