Anteon Immobilien brokers approx. 2,000 m² of warehouse space in Ratingen to service company from Frankfurt

Düsseldorf, 12 January 2024: A nationwide garden and landscape maintenance company from Frankfurt has rented approx. 2,000 m² of expansion space from a private owner as of 1 December 2023. From the new location, which is conveniently located in the immediate vicinity of the Ratingen stadium, the service provider will look after the local customer base. Due to the acute demand, the search focussed on existing properties that are available at short notice. As a result, a long-term lease was signed within a short space of time. "The rapid decision-making process shows how much demand there is for warehouse space available at short notice in the mid-sized space segment," says Denise Kromeich, Senior Consultant in the Industry and Logistics division.
