Anteon Immobilien supports ERR's expansion

Düsseldorf, 15 November 2023: The renowned company ERR European Rail Rent GmbH is expanding and extending its current Duisburg location. The company has rented a further 1,200 m² at Schifferstraße 196. At the beginning of the new year, 45 employees will be working there. The property is owned by SFO GmbH. Anteon Immobilien, a member of German Property Partners 
(GPP), advised on the expansion as part of a stay-or-leave mandate and successfully brokered the new office space.
