The building materials manufacturer has extended its existing lease for around 2,300 m² in the office building at Bennigsen-Platz 1, Düsseldorf. Anteon Immobilien, a member of German Property Partners (GPP), advised the world's leading manufacturer of fibre cement facade panels and gypsum fibreboards for drywall on the lease extension in the "Kennedydamm/Derendorf" submarket. As part of the stay-or-leave process, it was particularly important to James Hardie to remodel its office space in such a way that it is particularly attractive to employees and that young talent can also be recruited via an attractive environment and office.
