Anteon Immobilien advises Nitta Industries Europe on lease extension at Albertusbogen

Düsseldorf, 15 December 2023: The Albertusbogen will remain the headquarters of Nitta Industries Europe. The leading manufacturer of industrial rubber products, among other things, is expanding and extending its existing lease for around 850 m² in the office building at Heerdter Lohweg 35 by 7 years. Anteon Immobilien, a member of German Property Partners (GPP), exclusively supported the expansion as part of a stay-or-leave mandate and brokered the new lease.
