Born in Hesse, studied in Cologne, living in Düsseldorf for decades and working in the real estate industry since 1994. In 2008 he founded Anteon with four other partners, with a personal focus on real estate business consulting. Dirk Schäfer focuses on the economic optimization of existing commercial rental relationships and workplace consulting. His clients include Metro, Handelsblatt Media Group, Clifford Chance, HKLW, LeasePlan and Mazars, among others.
